The bathtub is actually real marble from a local countertop supplier! They had a castaway piece of marble that we got for a good deal and they custom made it into a super deep tub (80 gallons to be exact!)

The sink cabinet is also custom made by the husband who does a lot of wood working. 

We were planning on installing a glass door for the shower, but we ran out of time (I was 8 months pregnant!) A black shower rod and a white curtain will do for now. 

The soft close toilet is also from Costco. Once you get a soft close toilet, you forget that other people don't have them and end up slamming toilet seats everywhere you go.

nutter peanut butter cookie sandwiches

Cookies:
1/2 cup thicker peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract 
1 cup almond flour 
1/2 tsp baking powder 

Filling:
1/4 cup peanut butter 
2 T maple syrup 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix together the peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla. Add in the almond flour and baking powder and stir. Add in extra almond flour if needed, until the texture can be rolled into balls. 

Roll into balls and press/flatten with a fork. Bake for 10-12 minutes and let cool, then mix the filling ingredients and put a big spoonful between two cookies, enjoy! 

blueberry and greens smoothie

1/2 c frozen blueberries
1/2 c milk of choice
1/2 c plain greek yogurt
1/2 frozen banana
big handful spinach
pinch of stevia powder

Mix all ingredients in a high speed blender until well combined.

double chocolate grain free muffins

2 c. Almond flour ⁣
1/4 c. Cocoa powder ⁣
1/4 t. Sea salt ⁣
1/2 t. Baking soda ⁣
1/4 c. Coconut oil, melted ⁣
1/4 c. Maple syrup ⁣
3 eggs ⁣
1/3-1/2 c. Mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Mix dry ingredients first, then add in the liquid. Bake at 350 F for 18 minutes. Even kids really love em!

my current favorite almond milk

1 c. raw almonds ⁣⁣
4 c. water⁣⁣
pinch of stevia powder ⁣⁣

Soak the almonds overnight and then rinse them until the water runs clear. ⁣⁣

Blend with water in high speed blender for 4 minutes. The last 30 seconds add in the stevia powder. ⁣⁣

Strain through a nut milk bag, refrigerate and shake well before using!
