Healthy Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Slice

1 cup rolled oats
1 can chickpeas, drained & rinsed 
5 Medjool dates, make sure you take the pit out!
1 can (1 3/4 cups) pumpkin puree
1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
1/4 cup almond milk
1 T pumpkin pie spice
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
3/4 cup chocolate chips 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray or coat a square baking dish with coconut oil.

Add oats to a high speed blender or food processor and process until finely ground. Add remaining ingredients, except chocolate chips, and process until smooth. Add chocolate chips and mix.

Pour batter into baking dish, level with spatula and bake for 30-45 minutes, until browned. 

This part is the most important: Let cool completely, then drizzle with melted chocolate chips and coconut oil mixed, then place in the fridge overnight to let it set! If you skip this, it will be a gooey mess, you have to let it cool!
