Dairy-Free Homemade Pesto


4 c. fresh basil
4 oz. pine nuts
2 fresh garlic cloves
1/2 lemon, juiced 
1/4 c. olive oil
salt to taste 

Place all ingredients into a high speed blender or food processor. Blend until well combined. I put mine into an empty glass jam jar.
