mascarpone brownies


1/2 c. organic unsalted butter, melted
1/2 c. coconut oil, melted
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. organic sugar
1/2 c. cacao powder
1/2 c. mascarpone cheese
3 eggs
2 t. vanilla extract
1/2 c. flour
1/4 t. sea salt

Oil an 8-inch square pan with coconut oil.

Melt butter, oil and chocolate chips and mix together. Beat in mascarpone, eggs and vanilla, beating until smooth. Beat in sugar and cocoa powder. Mix in flour and salt. Pour batter into
prepared pan and spread evenly.

Bake at 325 for 45 to 50 minutes.

Serve warm or allow to cool and top with whipped cream if desired.
