everything granola/

1 c. rolled oats
1 c. quinoa
3 T. chia seeds
3/4 c. chopped almonds
1/2 c. pumpkin seeds
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. sunflower seeds
1/4 c. unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 c. dried cranberries
1/2 c. pure maple syrup
1/2 c. melted coconut oil
2 t. cinnamon
2 T. cocoa or cacao powder (optional)


Preheat oven to 225 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour and spread onto a parchment lined baking sheet.


Bake for 60 minutes. If not browned, set oven to 350 degrees and cook for an additional 20 minutes. Let cool. Granola should be crumbly.
