vegan coconut ice cream

2 cans full-fat coconut cream
1 1/2 T. local honey (or maple syrup for strict vegan)
1 t. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. fresh strawberries or fruit of choice

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add to ice cream maker and serve when ready or pour into pan and freeze for a few hours for a hard ice cream.
